Even if you have consumed all of the product we will still refund your money, that is our promise to you.

To protect ourselves from fraud we require you to return the package to our warehouse, even if it is opened and you have used all of the product. (You need to send us the empty package).

We request that you take a photo of the return parcel and provide us with the tracking number so our fulfillment team can follow the package and make sure it gets to us.

Once the package is received by our fulfillment team, it can take 3-4 business days for the team to sort out the mail and update our system, confirming the package was received.

Once confirmed, we will refund your package right away.

Please make sure your items are properly packaged when being returned.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
